Terms of Service

By creating an account or using forgeyn.com.ng (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Forge is currently in beta. Features may change or be removed, builds may fail, and things may break. The Service is provided “as is” during beta, and you use it at your own risk.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. You must be old enough to form a binding contract, or use the Service with a guardian's consent.

“Your content” means everything you submit (prompts, uploads, connectors) and everything the agents produce for you (code, files, assets). You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited right to store and process it in order to run the Service. Nothing here transfers ownership of your apps to us.

You represent that you have the rights to your content and that it does not violate these terms or applicable law.

Do not use the Service to build or distribute malware, infringe others' rights, harass, or break the law. Do not attempt to access other users' data, overload the platform, or reverse-engineer beyond what open-source licenses permit. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

We aim for reliability but do not promise uninterrupted service. During beta we may take the Service down, restart it, or reset data with reasonable notice.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI agents can produce incorrect or insecure code — you are responsible for reviewing what you ship.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. During beta, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, which is currently zero.

You may delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your content is handled per our privacy policy's retention rules.

We may update these terms as the product matures. Material changes will be announced to signed-in users, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
